Parking Ticket

The first $1.50 I put in the machine gave me only 45 minutes (at 25 cents for 15 minutes), the second dollar gave me only 30 minutes and the third dollar gave me zero minutes. The meter was clearly faulty. But of course, the meter maid didn't miss a beat and gave me a $42 TICKET. Thanks, Minneapolis.

I found some wildly hilarious cartoons that I might send along with my check for $42. That'll show 'em.

    I learned the hard way and had to pay a ticket, then thought to look into it.
