The other day I called to talk to my mom and dad to let them know that even though a tropical storm was headed my way, I was going to be just fine. I got their answering machine.
Huh?
They're always home. ALWAYS. Waiting for my calls.
I finally reached them on my mom's cell phone, where I found out that they went to International Falls for five days. I guess when the cat's away the mice will play.
