Sort of a variation on a recipe from my sister Kelly...
Sautee fresh green beans in Sesame Oil. Add onion, garlic, and rice vinegar. When they're nice and almost ready, toss in cherry tomatoes (here I have yellows and reds) for a little minute and dust with toasted sesame seeds.
Crushed pepper and a little soy sauce. YUM. And if you have any asian-y salad dressings you can use that too.
Delicious served hot or cold.

For fame sake I totally want to take credit for this. But I am raking my brain for anything remotely similar to this recipe that I have made and I can't place it.
green beans...tomatoes...
Maybe you don't recognize it because you don't make anything without a recipe. It was at mom's old kitchen...probably two summers ago?
I am going to make this!! yummy!
thanks for sharing Kady!
Kelly, it is true. Your green bean salad with cooked green beans, cherry tomatoes, oregano, shallots and red wine vinegar. mmmmm
Oh, the cold salad. Gotcha. Green beans are blanched. This is a very creative take on that. Looks yummy also.
