Hood Rich

I finished my taxes and I don't mind tellin' ya: 


My adjusted gross income last year was $4,040.  How did I live on that, you ask?  I don't know.  My mom cooked for me.

    Do people under the poverty level spontaneously go blind or become permanently disabled? Is this a thing?
